1. Introduction

Welcome to LearnIspire ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at learnispire.com (together or individually "Service") operated by LearnIspire.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Definitions

"Account" means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

"Service" refers to the website, online learning platform, and all associated services provided by LearnIspire.

"User" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

"Student" refers to a User who registers to receive educational services through the platform.

"Teacher" refers to a User who registers to provide educational services through the platform.

"Class" refers to an online educational session conducted through the platform.

3. Accounts

3.1. Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3. Parental Consent

Users under the age of 18 must have parental consent to create an account and use our Service. By creating an account for a minor, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor and accepts full responsibility for the minor's use of the Service.

4. Classes and Scheduling

4.1. Minimum Requirements

Students must schedule a minimum of 3 classes per week for each subject. This is to ensure consistent learning and progress.

4.2. Availability

Students and Teachers are required to provide their availability accurately. The platform will use this information to schedule classes.

4.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may still be charged. Frequent cancellations may result in limited scheduling options.

4.4. Demo Classes

New Students are entitled to one free demo class per subject. Demo classes are subject to the same scheduling and cancellation policies as regular classes.

5. Payments

5.1. Fee Structure

Fees are charged based on the pricing for each subject, grade, and board combination. Current pricing is available on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

5.2. Billing Cycle

Students are billed monthly for the classes scheduled in that month. Payment is due at the beginning of each month.

5.3. Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayU, which supports various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

5.4. Refunds

Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy, which is available on the platform.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, its employees, another user, or any other person
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
• To interfere with the proper working of the Service
• To attempt to access areas of the Service that you are not authorized to access

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1. User Content

Users may be able to create, post, or share content through the Service. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and modify the content in connection with the operation of the Service.

7.2. Company Content

All content provided by the Company, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.3. Class Recordings

Classes may be recorded for quality assurance and educational purposes. By using the Service, you consent to the recording of classes in which you participate. These recordings are the property of the Company and may not be downloaded, copied, or shared without permission.

8. Teacher Terms

8.1. Teacher Verification

Teachers must provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience. The Company reserves the right to verify this information and reject applications that do not meet our standards.

8.2. Teacher Earnings

Teachers will be paid according to the agreed-upon rates for each class conducted. Payments will be processed monthly to the bank account provided by the Teacher.

8.3. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers are responsible for:

• Conducting classes as scheduled
• Providing quality educational content
• Maintaining professional conduct
• Updating their availability regularly
• Providing feedback on student progress

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LearnIspire, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
