1. Who we are

LearnIspire is run by MK Edulance Private Limited, Hyderabad ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use learnispire.com and the LearnIspire app, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

By using LearnIspire you agree to this policy.

2. What we collect

We collect what you give us and what we need to run classes:

• Account details: your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Learner details: name, grade, board and subjects for each learner on the account.
• Teacher applications: education, experience, subjects, availability and profile details.
• Class records: timetables, attendance and teacher feedback on progress.
• Payment records: plans, amounts and PayU payment references. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, collected automatically.

3. How we use it

• To create and run your account and your classes.
• To send login codes and class updates on WhatsApp.
• To take payments and confirm them with PayU.
• To match learners with teachers.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To keep LearnIspire secure and prevent fraud.
• To improve LearnIspire and, if you allow it, tell you about new offers. You can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

• Teachers see the details of the learners they teach.
• Service providers that run parts of LearnIspire for us: Twilio for WhatsApp messages, PayU for payments, Google for Google Meet classes and Cloudflare for hosting.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor if our business is merged or sold. We will tell you before this happens.
• Anyone else, only with your consent.

We do not sell your data.

5. Children

Most of our learners are under 18. A parent or guardian creates the account and manages it for their children. If you think a child's details were given to us without a parent's consent, contact us and we will delete them.

6. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Show, correct or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent you have given.
• Restrict or object to how we use your data.
• Give you a copy of your data.

You can update most details in your account, or email us for anything else.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
